How much does a cleaning cost? +
It depends on the size of the space, its condition and how often we come, so we quote rather than guess. Send the form or call, describe the place honestly, and you get a written number back within 24 hours with nothing hidden underneath it.
Do I have to sign a contract? +
No. Recurring clients stay because the house looks right, not because a clause says they have to. You can change frequency, pause for travel or stop entirely with a message.
Are you insured? +
Yes, and we will send the certificate to you, your HOA or your building management before the first visit if you need it on file.
Do you bring your own products and equipment? +
Everything comes with us. If you want a specific product used on a specific surface, or you would rather we avoid a scent, tell us once and it goes on your sheet permanently.
Can you clean while I am at work? +
Most of our clients are not home. We arrange key, code or lockbox access, follow your entry instructions exactly, and lock up the same way each visit.
How do I pay? +
Invoice after the visit, payable by card, transfer or Zelle. Recurring clients can consolidate into one monthly invoice instead of paying per visit.
Something got skipped. Now what? +
Message us the same day or the next and a crew returns to sort it, free. There is no form, no argument about whether it counts, and no clause that quietly voids it.
Do you clean the same day I call? +
Sometimes, when a slot opens. More often we can get you in that week. Deep cleans and move outs need a little more notice because they take a full crew and a longer block.
Which areas do you cover? +
Tampa and the communities around the bay: St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Carrollwood, Westchase, Temple Terrace, Apollo Beach, Land O'Lakes and nearby. If your address is close to that list, ask, the answer is usually yes.
Do you clean businesses as well as homes? +
Yes, and they run as separate programmes with separate checklists. Offices, restaurants, clinics, gyms, retail, venues and thirteen industries in total, mostly on evening or overnight schedules.
Will it be the same people every time? +
Yes. Your home or business gets an assigned team. Substitutes happen when somebody is ill, and when they do we tell you in advance rather than letting a stranger surprise you at the door.
Do you clean windows and lanais? +
Interior glass, sliders and lanai floors and tracks are part of what we do. Exterior second storey window work and pressure washing are quoted separately when you want them.
